The RovingBookworm Podcast: Mental Toughness – A Must-Have In 2021

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Episode 21 of the RovingBookworm Podcast.

How are you all doin? I hope this week was good. My week turned out to be totally opposite what I had hope it would be but in all things I give thanks to God.

This week’s theme was inspired by two books I recently read titled,’ Mental Toughness’ by Stephen H. Covey and ‘GRIT’ by Angela Duckworth. I decided to read books that would help me improve my mental strength and toughness as I have recognized it as a valuable skill I need to navigate these new normal times the world has found herself in.

I host this episode alone, sharing very important tips on how to develop mental toughness from these books I have read and also how practicing some of these skills have helped me.

I have titled this theme

Mental Toughness: A Must-Have In 2021.

and you can listen to the episode here.
