Last year, I read a couple of books by the author and I became a quick fan of her work therefore I am always eager to read any new story written by her. I have had this sitting on my TBR for a bit too long but I am grateful that I finally got around to reading it.
‘Tamed‘ is a “friends to lovers” Christian romance story about Sam and Ire who have been bosom friends for a long time. They have always had a special trust for each other but never quite got together as they dated other people while giving each other advise on how to navigate their relationships and lives in general. As they both experience different challenges in their personal lives and walk with God, they are led back to each other. This is a story about God’s undying love for us and true friendship.
I am sure you can all guess that I enjoyed reading this one. I loved Ire’s character and how she supported Sam all through his challenges without any ulterior motives. This story reiterates how we need to trust God with our lives even when things look bleak. This is the first Christian fiction book I have read by the author and I hope that she has more stories like this up her sleeves. I highly recommend to all Christian fiction/romance lovers.
