This week marks the last episode of the Spoken Word Poetry Series and today I will be sharing another poem I recently wrote titled ‘Damsels in Distress still on the general theme of loss and grief. This poem was inspired by my daily reading of the book of Proverbs in the Bible especially Chapters 2-8 which speaks about the loss that men face as a result of adultery and how this affects them later in life. This has quickly become one of my favorites and I hope you enjoy listening.
