The RovingBookworm Podcast: Episode 40 – Navigating Toxic Relationships with Ayo Adeola

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Episode 40 of the RovingBookworm Podcast.

How are you all doin? I hope you all had a fruitful week. My week was really busy and over the top but I am glad to be here as usual and I hope we all have a good time. Thank you for coming back here week after week to be a part of the conversation and also sharing this podcast with your family and friends.

This week’s theme is inspired by by two books I read last year and the first one is titled ‘The highly sensitive person’s guide to dealing with toxic people’ by Shahida Araba and the second book is titled ‘The courage Map’ by Franziska Iseli which was one of my top ten reads for 2020. I highly recommend these two books, they are great resources to help you navigate toxic relationships and also to be self aware.

We would be exploring this theme while focusing on the general theme for this season which we titled embracing change and the five things we cannot change.

I have titled this theme

Navigating Toxic Relationships
