This week I will be sharing a poem I recently wrote about my love for poetry. I hope you like it.
Love At First Sight
The first time we met,
It was,
a gathering of thoughts,
a flood of emotions,
an awakening of the senses,
a warm embrace,
a questioning of the unknown,
love at first sight.
And then,
Mother says to me,
How wonderful!
You have written a poem.
This, is how I know your name.
