Book Review: How To Get Over A Boy by Chidera Egguere

After reading and reviewing the author’s first book ‘What It Means To Be Alone’, I decided to read her second book even if I didn’t think it was quite for me. I was hoping that maybe, there may be something in it for my daughter but I was in for a surprise.

Although I didn’t agree with everything the author put forward as advise in this book, most of it was apt and true. I could relate with most of what was said about how men approach relationships and also a lot more around toxic relationships. It was actually a really good read and I recommend it however, I would say read with caution and don’t swallow everything hook, line and sinker because most of life is subjective.
