Book Review: 30 Days A Woman- A Practical Guide To Living Life Fully by Titilope Oguntuga

“In this story of your life, you own the plot, you are the master storyteller, the chief scripter and the director. You must own the narrative, but first, you have to create your plot” – Titilope Oguntuga, 30 Days a Woman: A Practical Guide to Living Life Fully.

Many thanks to the author for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

’30 Days a Woman: A Practical Guide To Living Life Fully’ is an essential resource for every woman who desires to be more and do more. With affirmation exercises at the end of each chapter, this book is an insightful and practical manual which would take you through a journey of self-knowledge, self-acceptance, self-nurture and self-improvement. Laced with many nuggets of wisdom and quotes, the author shares some of her personal experiences and those of others to motivate and inspire readers to be better versions of themselves.

Last season’s theme (Season 4) on my podcast, “The RovingBookworm Podcast” was titled ‘The Journey to Self-Discovery’ and reading this book seemed like a well articulated, documented version of all the wholesome conversations we had on the podcast. This is the kind of book you will go back to read from time to time because in this journey of life, we often need to reminded, motivated and inspired all over again and this is what this book promises to give every woman who reads it and embraces the knowledge within.

This is a book I highly recommend that every woman should have in her corner. Go get your copy.
