Funmilayo Oyefusi
Funmi is a Human Resource and Organizational development practitioner, a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, USA. Funmi has extensive work experience in different sectors across Pharmaceutical, Charity, Accounting, Information, Communication and Technology, and development sector. Having worked with organizations like Fidson Healthcare, Tidy Bond UK, her track record has proven prowess for facilitating organizational effectiveness.
She is presently the Director Organizational Effectiveness ActionAid Nigeria; and was the Human Resources Business Partner covering 9 countries in East and West Africa for ActionAid International. Her contributions to the development sector in the area of people and organizational development is widely recognized and acclaimed in many nations of the world. Funmi sits on the Board of Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organization as the Board Chairperson and is the Secretary of the Board Governance and Development committee of ActionAid Nigeria.
‘Out of the Depths’ is her first book.
