Can’t Wait wednesday: ‘Yours Truly’ by Abby Jimenez

Hello lovelies!

How has your week been going? I hope it’s been good so far and I wish you better days ahead.

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Wishful Endings, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating. Although this is not a weekly feature on this blog, I am always happy to share any book(s) I am anticipating it’s release.

Today, I am anticipating the release of ‘Yours Truly’ by one of my favorite romance authors of all time, Abby Jimenez. I am always excited to read any book by this author and I am glad she has something new coming out next month.

Here are some details of this highly anticipated book.

Expected publication: April 11, 2023

Pages: 416

Genre: Romance

Synopsis: Dr. Briana Ortiz’s life is seriously flatlining. Her divorce is just about finalized, her brother’s running out of time to find a kidney donor, and that promotion she wants? Oh, that’s probably going to the new man-doctor who’s already registering eighty-friggin’-seven on Briana’s “pain in my ass” scale. But just when all systems are set to hate, Dr. Jacob Maddox completely flips the game . . . by sending Briana a letter.

And it’s a really good letter. Like the kind that proves that Jacob isn’t actually Satan. Worse, he might be this fantastically funny and subversively likeable guy who’s terrible at first impressions. Because suddenly he and Bri are exchanging letters, sharing lunch dates in her “sob closet,” and discussing the merits of freakishly tiny horses. But when Jacob decides to give Briana the best gift imaginable—a kidney for her brother—she wonders just how she can resist this quietly sexy new doctor . . . especially when he calls in a favor she can’t refuse.

I feel like Abby doesn’t publish new books quick enough for me to read but it’s okay because her books are always worth the wait. I will be coming out of my 3 months book buying ban at the end of this month so it’s definitely a good time for this book to be released.

What books are you highly anticipating their release?

Share with me.

Enjoy the rest of your week.
