The RovingBookworm Podcast: An Attitude Of Gratitude With Adesuwa Iluobe

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to Episode 15 of the RovingBookworm Podcast and a very Merry Christmas to you!

How did you guys spend Christmas day? I hope it was good for you as it was for me as I spent time with family eating, drinking and making merry despite all odds.

As the year comes to a close, it is a good time to sit down and reflect on how things went down. It is not news to anyone that is alive today that these have been very strange and difficult times for most of us which has caused a lot of pain, loss and despair but in all the bad, there has also definitely been some good and this is what today’s theme is about.

The multitalented Adesuwa Iluobe joins me in the conversation today as we talk about why it is important to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and how we can deliberately take steps to live our lives each day, grateful for the things we have no matter how small or insignificant they may seem to be.

I have titled this theme

AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE: COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS

and you can listen to the episode here.
